Effective organization of teamwork and HR cooperation in company divisions. Strategic importance of HR in the enterprise. The trend of HR in the evolving and globalizing world.

Job analysis and hiring

Methods of job analysis. Definition of workforce needs. Vacancy announcement. Description of job requirements. Preparation of an effective number of workers. Creating a CV-database. Hiring process. Who is a good and effective employee? Career planning.

Performance management system

The concept of “performance”. Performance management and its measurement. Classical evaluation of performance. Methods of performance management. Modern approach to performance management. Talent Management (Google rule). Definition of qualification requirements. Measurement of efficiency and productivity of HRM Department.

Trainings and staff development

HR-course for managers lasts for 8 days within a month. The total duration of the course is 16 hours (2 hours per day). For each day of training there is considered a coffee break session lasting for 15 minutes).

Cost of the course is AZN 400.
